From 1st Feb.2024, Consumption Tax Free Shopping is available at Yokohama Store.

To commemorate the start of consumption tax-free shopping, we will give away small gifts to those who make tax-free purchases at our Yokohama Store during the period!

Notification of Ranzankakyo Store closing on December 31, 2022

We would like to sincerely thank you for your loyalty.

We regret to inform you that our directly managed store, Ranzankakyo store in Arashiyama, Kyoto will be closed on December 31, 2022.
We cannot fully express our deep gratitude for your support over the past eight years since its establishment in 2014.

In Kyoto city, we continue to operate 3 stores: Kyoto Main store, Sanneizaka store and Kunkun (Kyoto station) store.
We appreciate your continued patronage.

Notice of price revision of products

We would like to sincerely thank you for your continuing patronage. This letter is to notify you that we have decided to revise prices on a wide range of products, effective November 1st, 2022. For the applicable products, please refer to the attached list.

As you are likely aware, oil prices have surged, and cost of goods and packaging materials keep rising. In the face of these costs, and the continuing increases in imported raw materials and logistics, Shoyeido has been striving to cut costs and redevelop our production system to keep our prices as low as possible. However, after much deliberation, we have deemed it necessary to adjust prices in order to maintain deliverability of genuine, high-quality incense to our customers.

We have been fortunate to keep our prices generally unchanged for more than 25 years. We appreciate your continued patronage, and are grateful for your cooperation and understanding. Best wishes for you continued success in the future.
